Nora Freimane
Experienced, internationally recognized Management Consultant and Business Trainer with more than 18 years of practical experience in the Financial Management field and more than 9 years improving business efficiency using Lean.
Nora has held various management roles throughout her career in IT & Telecommunication, Mass Media, and Construction companies. Has consulted companies working in IT, Service, Agriculture, Energy, Construction, Banking, Retail, Logistics, and Waste Recycling, located in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.
Nora completed her Master’s at BA School of Business and Finance and has further widened her knowledge in the UK, USA, and Japan—currently studying in the Master’s program “Lean Enterprise Excellence” in Ireland.
Nora, owner and director of BIZEF, consults and works as a business trainer in Lean throughout Northern Europe.
Member of Association for Manufacturing Excellence in the USA.
Member and former Board Member of the Business Efficiency Association in Latvia.
